How soon should I schedule my portrait session?
Yearbook deadlines are usually in September or October. The process will take an average of six to eight weeks from start to finish. We recommend having the session done during the months of May, June and July. Our calendar fills up very quickly and by calling early to schedule your session you will be able to get an appointment at a convenient date.

When is payment made for the session appointment?
Due to the high demand for time in our studio, reservation fees are prepaid. The reservation fee for your session is non-refundable, but your session may be rescheduled with at least a one-week notice. The fee reserves the time in the studio just for you and includes the professional service of creating your images.

How do we place our order?
As part of our continuing effort to provide the very best service and quality, you images will be presented to you via our digital projection system.  The Presentation Room and our time will be reserved to give you personal attention and assistance with the decisions that you need to make.  You will be able to view your original images immediately following your senior session.  There’s no waiting or wondering what your pictures will look like. Please make sure that all decision makers are present and prepared to make selections, place your order and make payment.  We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and cash.
